Italian organic extra virgin olive oil.
The precious extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the processing of olives of different varieties Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Leccino. The olive grove occupies an area of over 20 hectares, about 4000 plants. Harvesting by hand takes place in November and the olives are taken to the local mill for cold pressing.
