There is very little left until the olive harvest in this unusually mild Tuscan autumn.
As you well know, this event can usually run from mid-October, up to the end of November, depending on the weather. This year for us it will be around the end of the month.
So there are about ten days left, and then you will see us working and struggling, and we will put a lot of love and all our pride into everything we do. Exactly, because we are really proud to be able to harvest our organic olives, after a whole year of attention to our land and our olive trees.
We are proud to be able to transform these precious fruits into a fine oil to bring to your tables, and make you enjoy a healthy, wholesome and truly tasty product every day.
